Dataset #1

Dataset #1 contains the BLAST output and GenBank records for the 5 top-scoring matches per query for protein sequences from the Escherichia coli APEC O1 plasmid pAPEC-O1-R (Accession: NC_009838), which contains 224 protein coding genes. Download the dataset, extract the archive and browse to the resulting folder in BL!P Step 1.
